In cooperation with Gartner Extrusion GmbH, we optimize the quality of high-quality precision profiles. Through optical surface inspection and laser measurement of product dimensions and tolerances using deep learning and computer vision, we detect misalignments with a high degree of accuracy. This increases efficiency and ensures the highest quality standards in aluminum processing.

Together with ITA Augsburg, we are implementing AI-based processes for automated color determination in textile processing. The main task here is to improve the classification of recycled fibers and automate the recycling process through the use of machine learning.

In cooperation with the Fraunhofer IGCV and the industrial partners AUDI AG and ZF Group, we are implementing advanced employee training using the latest technologies such as augmented reality. The aim is to develop adaptive assistance for assembly for learning systems and processes using AR data glasses.
